Over the last few years I’ve been working out and getting fit! There’s a trainer over in Toronto, Canada called Craig Ballantyne, that has developed a system based on a mix of weight training and interval training. He calls it Turbulence Training! Over time he has developed workouts for peoples individual goals……….weight lose, muscle building, workouts for women etc. I’ve found them really effective and enjoyable too. Remember to change your programme every 4-6 weeks! Check out the TT website, it’s not the best looking website, but the workouts are really first class.
